We want you to be 100% satisfied with all you buy from Kirsten Boston Art/ArtHangarOnline and we’ll gladly refund any item that is faulty in any way.
All our prints are hand-printed for you and all our framing and printing is done to order in our workshop at Hangar Framing. Sorry we cannot issue a refund on an item that was ordered in error, so please check sizes, colours and other variables prior to ordering.
Items that are Personlised/Customised cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you think you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and if the item has not been despatched, we will gladly make changes for you wherever possible.
If you have received a faulty item, please let us know immediately (within 7 days of despatch) on info@KirstenBoston.Gallery stating the nature of the fault, and the Order Number. Then return the item(s) to us well packaged (in original packing where possible), within 7 days and we will refund or despatch a replacement within 2-3 working days of receipt. Please be sure to enclose the original invoice/a copy or a note containing Your Name, Order Number and Reason for Returning the item and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
